We have been trying to sort out a way of adding children to your swim session so we can track the total number of people coming onto site to comply with our COVID CODE.
After much deliberation we have found the best way is for you to create a profile for the child (assuming they have their own phone) and let them book themselves onto the same session as their 'sponsor' adult.
We can 'split' any swim credits you have left on your SWIM PLAN across the profiles if you message us from the app once you have set up a profile for your child.
As it stands this is the best way to book and works at our end as it means we know who is bringing an under 16 with them without having to deal with countless requests to 'add' a child.
Please remember that as it stands we can only admit ONE CHILD to ONE ADULT who MUST be in the water with the child and stay with them at all times while in the water and on site.
Lots of sites are not allowing children back into the water so we are pleased to have found a solution.
If anyone struggles because their child does not have a smart phone then please email us for advice, but it is unlikely we will be able to accept them without a booking in their name at this time.
