The only way to book children u16 years is to book a FAMILY SWIM SESSION using FAMILY SWIM CREDIT bought through the app

Cancellation Policy

All SUMMER SWIM SESSIONS must be PRE BOOKED via the BOOKING APP. We DO NOT accept cancellations within 12 hours of the SESSION START TIME unless you have purchased a package that affords you the right to cancel within the 'NO CANCELLATION' window. All BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS must be made via the booking app to get your credit back if cancelling within the allowable cancellation period. Retrospective cancellations will not be accepted or considered.
