Cancellation Policy

All winter self launch bookings must be made in advance using the FIT by WIX booking app. All self launch bookings will commence from 09.30 am and the water is closed at 12.30 pm Your self launch ticket covers you for the entire 3 hours period but you can arrive at any point after 10 am or earlier to allow for pumping up equipment/getting changed etc All tickets cover ONE PERSON for the use of ONE CRAFT unless you are bringing a craft designed to take two or more people such as an INFLATABLE KAYAK. If you wish to take a child onto the water sharing sharing a SUP or other craft then they must be below 7 years of age and the SUP board or other craft designed for two people people (check maximum carry weights). Any child over 7 years of age must have their own ticket to ride. Any child must be wearing a buoyancy and - these are available to rent if required. Any person using SUP who is over 16 years and remains permanently leashed to the board does not have to wear a buoyancy and but it is advised, especially in the winter months. Anyone self launching or renting equipment during the winter period must keep out of the swim area nearest the launch point. The rest of the lake is fully accessible and useable during the session. Please ensure you sign in on arrival and sign out before leaving. Please note that rescue cover is restricted during the winter season and is provided on an 'if required' basis rather than a 'constant watch' basis.
