We currently have various job opportunities for potential super hero's at our lake in Lincoln.

These are mostly causal hour roles working on open water swim sessions from the beginning of April to the end of September each year.

​

We do have some NEW full time hour roles for the 2021 season with flexible shift patterns available for the right candidates. These include a kitchen supervisor and a duty manager role - more details will be released on these roles shortly.

We also have some causal hours for life guards that want an immediate start.

2021 ONLINE JOB APPLICATION FORM

All roles come with FULL TRAINING, FREE ACCESS to our FACILITIES and a variable Pro Rata PAYMENT depending on experience, pre existing qualifications and age.

All our OPEN WATER SWIM SESSIONS run on a SATURDAY/SUNDAY MORNING and a TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY/THURSDAY/FRIDAY late afternoon/early evening - if you are unable to work any of these times and/or days then you are unlikely to be successful for any of the job roles.

For the 2021 SUMMER SEASON we will require -

SWIM SAFETY SUPERVISORS - up to 6 sessions a week
to work up to 6 swim sessions each week and to take a lead with supervising a team of OW SWIMMING SAFETY STAFF.

 

Expected minimum qualification - experienced and CPD updated RLSS LIFEGUARD and/or EXPERIENCE of working in an outdoor centre/open water environment supervising and co ordinating in water activities and associated safety teams.

 

Further site specified training and nationally recognised qualifications will be provided.

OPEN WATER SWIMMING SAFETY STAFF - up to 6 sessions a week
to work up to 6 swim sessions each week providing on and off water safety cover and customer service.

 

RLSS qualification an advantage. Site specified training and nationally recognised qualifications provided but you will be ahead of the pack if you already have experience at an aqua park or similar.

FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERSTARS - up to 6 sessions a week
to work alongside our LEAD KITCHEN STAFF to deliver a consistently high quality of food and drink in a fast moving cafe environment during our popular SWIM SESSIONS.

 

Full training provided for the right candidate but it would help if you already know your flat white from your latte or have previous experience of working in a kitchen environment. 

 

Food Hygiene and allergy awareness courses provided.

All roles are employed on a casual hours basis to cover up to SIX SESSIONS each week from 1st April until 30th September 2021

Enhanced hours will be available for QUALIFYING SUPER HEROS after a trial period.
