PLEASE do not arrive any earlier than 30 minutes BEFORE your SWIM SESSION TIME

 

IT IS REALLY IMPORTANT to change at your car and ensure you are SWIM READY when you come down for your session. 

 

PLEASE DO NOT bring any spectators, dog walkers or other people with you onto site as we do not have the capacity for non swimmers at the moment.
