Service Description

Join us on Friday 31st July for a DUSK SWIM EXPERIENCE followed by food! Our popular DIP n DINE events fill up fast and this one is sure to sell out as its a bit special... Water will open at 8 pm and close at 9.30 pm so we can swim into dusk, as the sun goes down on the lake the water takes on a whole new personality, the wildlife settles down for the night and the resident bats swoop across the water looking for insect snacks. Food will be served from 9 pm and is a simple sausage, mash and braised red cabbage served with chefs homemade gravy - street food style. Gluten free, allergies and life style preferences catered for as long as these are pre declared at checkout. Cancellation Policy

These Terms & Conditions apply to all SWIM SESSIONS booked at OW SWIM (activities away). ALL persons swimming must agree to these Terms & Conditions which must be read in conjunction with the Terms & Conditions on the relevant membership form - acceptance of one is considered acceptance of the other. No induction is required to join us for a SUMMER SEASON (May to September inclusive). Anyone joining us for a WINTER SWIM SEASON must have completed our 'in house' COLD WATER SWIMMING INDUCTION at least once. This must be paid for and booked via the FIT by WIX booking app, prior to booking onto any of the advertised COLD WATER SWIM SESSIONS. All SWIM SESSIONS must be PAID and PRE BOOKED via the FIT by WIX BOOKING APP. We DO NOT accept cancellations within 12 hours of the SESSION START TIME unless you have purchased a package that affords you the right to cancel within the 'NO CANCELLATION' window. All BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS must be made via the booking app to get your credit back if cancelling within the allowable cancellation period. Retrospective cancellations will not be accepted or considered. ALL SWIM CREDITS are NON REFUNDABLE (statutory rights unaffected) and CANNOT be transferred onto FUTURE SWIMMING SESSIONS or transferred to the following seasons swim sessions. ALL credits purchased must be used within the season they were purchased and will expire with no cash or redemption value following the last advertised session of the season in which they were purchased. PLEASE ONLY BUY WHAT YOU NEED as these are strictly a 'USE THEM or LOSE THEM' product just like a gym membership.
