Service Description

Our winter swim induction session is required for all members of the CHILLI SWIM CLUB who wish to join us for a winter swim season. You only need to complete this once and do not need to repeat it each year unless you wish to do so. The session includes lots of safety related information and top tips and handy hints on swimming in colder water and finishes with a supervised swim in cold water.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a swim booking, please ensure you do it at least 12 hours out from the session start time to get your credit back in your virtual wallet. No cancellations/refunds are available within 12 hours of the session start time. This is a condi tion of purchase and your statuary rights are unaffected. No
